Built by people who got tired of losing disputes.

Most tools treat disputes as paperwork. We treat them as the operational problem they are, with the team and infrastructure to handle them at the volume merchants face today. This is the company we wish had existed when we needed it.

Why we built this

We are a small team in Amsterdam working on one of the messier corners of e-commerce. Disputes do not get the attention they deserve, and most merchants pay for that in revenue they should never have lost.

The work spans engineering, dispute analysis, and data. We pull evidence from carriers, translate scheme rules into logic, and build the response infrastructure merchants do not have the time to build themselves.

We hire people who have lived this problem from one side or another. Operators who have lost disputes they should have won. Engineers who like systems that touch the real world. That is the team building Guzco.

Co-founder

Ran an e-commerce company before Guzco and watched dispute volumes outpace any team's ability to respond manually. Started Guzco to automate the work end to end.

Co-founder

Leads commercial strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market. Builds the merchant network and PSP relationships that Guzco operates inside.

Data Engineer

Owns the data infrastructure behind dispute intelligence. Built the cross-merchant signal pipeline and the joins that turn carrier and PSP data into evidence.

Works across the platform, from PSP integrations to the merchant-facing dashboard.

Sits between the dispute team and engineering. Spots the patterns analysts hit again and again, and turns them into product Guzco can ship.

Bogdan Mois

Builds the AI systems that read carrier data, parse scheme rules, and generate dispute responses at scale. Most of what Guzco does in seconds used to take a person an hour. Bogdan owns that gap.

The human in the loop on the cases that need one. Most disputes Guzco handles end to end without anyone touching them. The edge cases land on Tjeerd's desk, and his decisions feed back into the model.

Handles the merchant side of dispute work. When a case needs context the system cannot infer, or a merchant needs help understanding a scheme decision, Danilo is who they talk to.
