Once you're integrated, every new dispute is pulled into Guzco automatically. We assemble the evidence, submit the response, and write the outcome back. Your support inbox stays empty. You can review or pause specific cases in the Guzco dashboard, but no manual work is required to keep things running.

Klarna, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and other major BNPL providers. We connect via API where available and via portal automation where it is not. New providers are added without setup work on your side. If you use a provider not yet listed, ask us; we add the most-requested ones first.

Most merchants are live within two weeks. Week one we connect and pull historical dispute data so we can calibrate. Week two we run in shadow mode, where you can compare what Guzco would do against what your team did. Week three we go live. No code changes on your side; the integrations are at the provider level.

Customer data is processed to assemble dispute evidence, nothing else. We are GDPR compliant, host in the EU, and sign a Data Processing Agreement with every merchant. Our team monitors policy and evidence-format changes from each provider continuously. When a provider updates what they accept, we update the templates and rule engine for every merchant on Guzco at the same time. You do not need to do anything; the next dispute uses the new format.

Every dispute gets a full record: the evidence we pulled, the format we submitted, the timestamp, the provider response, and the final outcome. The trail is exportable for accounting and auditor reviews. If your auditor asks how a specific case was won or lost, you can show them in two clicks.
